PLACING YOUR ORDER:

If you wish to make an enquiry for a particular project and wish to contact Typecast Ltd for a quote, for our current manufacturing lead time or for any other questions you may have, please contact us and one of our friendly experts will gladly assist you.

If you wish to place an order, we usually require a confirmation letter/email clearly stating your requirements, your contact details and invoice/delivery address. We also require a 25% deposit to confirm your order. If we require any further information regarding your order, such as a sample, drawings or pictures etc, we will contact you on the details as requested above.

Cash payment (This can only be accepted if collected in person)

DELIVERY POLICY:

All products will be despatched via courier immediately upon receipt of payment (unless you have organised a personal collection with an employee of Typecast Ltd, in which case your payment must be cleared before your proposed arrival). Once your payment has cleared, your goods will be despatched as a next day delivery unless a timed delivery has been specifically requested by yourself. We do not use any third party couriers organised by the customer for any services or goods manufactured by Typecast Ltd.

SALES TAX:

Value Added Tax (VAT) is applicable on all Typecast Ltd products at the current standard rate of 20% on all sales within the UK. Sales outside of the UK will be rated at 0% VAT, however all import/customs fees/charges will be the sole responsibity of the customer. If you are unsure of your country's import and customs policies, please contact your country's relevant customs and excise department before purchase.

RETURNS POLICY:

If in the unlikely event that you have an issue with your purchase please contact us and we will gladly assist you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If a solution cannot be reached to resolve your issue or your product is faulty due to casting or manufacturing defects, we will replace your products as quickly and as hassle free as possible.

CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY:

Our aim is to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase. We understand that each and every customer has their own individual needs and requirements and we endeavour to make your purchase as smooth and hassle free as possible. Every Typecast Ltd product is inspected and has multiple quality control checks before it is prepared for despatch. PRIVACY POLICY:

Typecast Engineering Limited does not store any credit or debit card details.

Once your payment has been submitted, no information which has been supplied to Typecast Ltd is retained or disclosed to any other third party. Card payments are submitted through a secure card processing terminal.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If for any reason you decide to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. Your deposit will only be refunded in full if we are informed within 5 working days.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALES/PURCHASES:

Each party in connection with the sale or purchase of goods from Typecast Engineering Ltd irrevocably agrees that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear, settle and/or determine any dispute, controversy or claim (including any non-contractual dispute, controversy or claim) arising out of or in connection with any and all sales, purchases, development and/or correspondence, including any question regarding to its existence, validity, formation or termination. For these purposes, each party irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
